Alex, our beautiful son. You left us a year ago today and you took a piece of our hearts along with you. We're so honoured to be the parents of such a beautiful human being. Your courage and strength in dealing with your illness was an inspiration to all. We love you with all our hearts and miss you every single day and always will. Rest well our darling boy.

At the end of the Easter break, where families have got together, taken spring holidays and consumed chocolate eggs by the dozen, we have missed you so, so much. To remember your cheeky face light up when given a chocolate egg brings a smile to our faces and such a pain to our hearts. Always with us every day. Love you always Mum & Dad xx
